Your Questions, Answered

  • Simply put, Consider UK Study is guidance and advising for U.S. students and families who are exploring or planning to earn a degree in the UK.

Whether you are just beginning to wonder if the UK is right for you or already know you want to apply, I help students considering both undergraduate and graduate degrees.

  • You can work with me as early or as late in the process as you would like.

Some families begin early, even before high school, because they want to understand what kinds of schools, classes, APs, dual enrollment, or extracurricular activities may keep UK options open in the future.

Other families do not begin thinking about the UK until junior or senior year, and that is completely fine too. Even if you have only recently discovered the idea of studying in the UK, I can help you understand your options and what may still be possible.

I also work with graduate students, and we can begin that conversation at any stage of the process.

  • Yes. In fact, this is exactly why I start with a Clarity Call.

The Clarity Call is designed for students and families who are wondering whether the UK may be the right fit. By the end of the call, you should have a much clearer sense of whether studying in the UK belongs on your list and what your next steps may be.

  • No - I help students at any stage of the journey. If you already know that the UK is your path - we still start with a Clarity Call but that call is designed around identifying what support you need, and what support you don’t. At the end of that call you will have a roadmap of how we can work together and pricing so you can make the most informed decision on how to proceed.

  • It is important to me that pricing is transparent and fair. Families are already investing a great deal of time, energy, and money into this process.

I begin with a $60 Clarity Call so you can get the information and guidance you need before deciding whether you want additional support. By the end of the call, you will understand your options, what services may be helpful, and exactly what they cost before making any further commitment.

Focused Guidance packages are designed to be affordable and targeted to a specific need, such as choosing universities, understanding admissions requirements, or comparing costs. Many students and families only need one or two sessions.

For families who would like more support from start to finish, I also offer more comprehensive support over one or more years. Pricing depends on the amount and length of support needed.

  • No. I am an independent advisor and I am not paid or incentivized to promote particular universities.

I believe every university has something different to offer. My role is to help you find the universities, courses, and locations that are the best fit for your goals, personality, budget, and future plans.

  • No - the Clarity Call is designed to give you Clarity - that could be answering a question you have about the UK education system, or talking about your individual situation. Some students and families just do a Clarity Call - this is your time to get clarity on what matters to you.

I will - at the end of the call provide you with recommendations which may include other support options I can help you with. These are, of course, optional.
